• A request submitted through our contact form is not a confirmed booking. We will follow up to confirm scheduling, scope, and pricing before any work begins.
• Service pricing is agreed directly between you and Michael. We will always tell you what something costs before we start.
• Service areas and travel for on-site work are confirmed case by case. Contact us to check whether your location is covered.
