• All checkout, payment processing, and order handling happen on Shopify's secure platform. We do not collect or process your payment information on this website.
• Purchases made through the online store are governed by the policies shown at checkout, including the store's refund, return, shipping, privacy, and terms policies, along with Shopify's terms of service.
• Product photos, descriptions, and prices in the store are kept as accurate as we can manage, but occasional errors happen. If a product is listed with an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order and issue a refund.

• A request submitted through our contact form is not a confirmed booking. We will follow up to confirm scheduling, scope, and pricing before any work begins.
• Service pricing is agreed directly between you and Michael. We will always tell you what something costs before we start.

The design, text, layout, and original content on this website belong to Outdoor Grill Sales.
